Aurora is the friggin' best. She's super hands-on and focused in all of our sessions, super attentive to my personal fitness goals, and great at both pushing me to go harder and push my limits or dial things back. I love how she brings her knowledge of physiology and massage to break out of our scheduled routine and "problem solve" whatever is going on in my body that day. It's obvious that she loves training, and I recommend her 100%!
