Massage

Bodywork and exercising go hand in hand. I’m a firm believer that recovering tissues is vital to perform your best in workouts and in life.

Swedish massage and myofascial work offers release by hydrating muscles, relaxing the central nervous system, filtering the lymphatic system, and mobilizing the body.

60 minute massage $170

90 minute massage $200

 

Tennis Lessons

One - on - one and duo beginner tennis lessons including:

  • Play analysis

  • Mobility warm ups designed to improve range of motions to get your best swing

  • Agility, speed, and reactivity drills to gain fast feet, safe landings, and quick pick ups on the court

  • Groundstroke and serve technique + fundamentals

  • Strategy of play and match mindset
